This is a clip from an aerobic class taught at the YMCA titled "HEAT!"
Excerpt from the Blind Boys of Alabama's 2001 song, "Run On For a Long Time," on their album Spirit of the Century. The song is a gospel rendition of the traditional folk song "Run On."
An original composition of music with an African theme that consists of only percussive instruments. It as an imagining of the drums that were thought to incite rebellion as mentioned in "Voyage to the Island of Jamaica." Recorded on an HP Envy PC with an AKAI MP61 keyboard, Mixcraft Pro Studio 8, and cinema sound effects software.

Air is sprayed in short bursts at 20 PSI through an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS airbrush connected to a 1/8 HP portable piston compressor. Because the compressor does not have its own air tank, the motor kicks in as the airbrush sprays to maintain consistent air pressure. 
Proctor Creek Greenway and its lush greenery provide a temporary escape from the busy streets of Atlanta, as the natural sounds of birds chirping and footsteps can be heard in the background. Yet, the sound of the airplane flying over in the audio recording is a gentle reminder of how close the trail is to the city. The trombone was still a relatively new instrument, having only developed from the sackbut sometime in the late 1600's/early 1700's, when Michael Haydn composed his Serenade. Because of how new the instrument was the trombone was rarely featured as a solo instrument, but, when it was, it was often the alto trombone that was given the solo. Of the four types of trombones used at the time: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass, the alto projected the best and had the clearest sound.
