'S' Sounds

I play one bar of 8th notes on right hand, then the same thing on left hand, and then a bar right-hand lead 16th notes at a moderate tempo. I do the whole thing again starting on opposite hand for each section. Then, I raise several tempo up and do those two sets again. (Recorded by LG Phone)

The sound of Petros's bizarre snoring, you can hear him struggling for air with every breath he takes. The grunting and the vibration of his voice hitting the back of his throat. Allowing his voice to secret such a loud and unpleasant sound. Recorded on iPhone 6s.
This is a recording of individual soil samples being sifted and grinded after having been dried in a Burlese funnel system. This sound was recorded in the Plyler Hall Ecology Laboratory at Furman University while conducting a biological study on the effects of soil quality on the biodiversity of microinvertebrates. The intention behind sifting and grinding soil is to reach a consistency at which a carbon and nitrogen composition analysis can be performed.

Sound recording of human voice asking Siri voice on iphone, "What does the fox say" in reference to the Ylvis song lyric. Siri is a voice feature in the iphone that serves as an assistant and responds to spoken words. The original song includes varying pitch and rhythmic style. However, Siri repeats the lyric in an electronic, unemotional, and straight tone. The robotic voice is unable to provide musicality to the phrase. A Zoom Recorder was used to create the clip.

Sound recording of a band, made up of Furman University Students, warming up for a small concert. The concert took place in a partially cleared-out forest in Travelers Rest, South Carolina.
This sound includes a bovie (electrocautery) as it cuts away muscle and suction keeping the surgical field clear on a surgical excision of a sarcoma tumor.  This case was performed on a fifteen year old's medial thigh as the tumor was growing out of her vastus medialis muscle.  Surgical excisions of sarcomas require a great deal of care to avoid entering the pseudo-capsule and have clear margins after a wide excision is done.  It requires a lot of trauma to be dealt to muscles, nerves, and...
