"So, in my international boarding school I was in the African choir. I was kind of like *laughs* the only white girl in the African Choir, and I just remember - I love singing, right? - going there and learning Kiswahili, and isiZulu and Siswati, and I had no idea what I was saying, but it was really great to sing across cultures and feel like I was singing for something important."
